Terms of Service for SkillEntra

1. Introduction

Welcome to SkillEntra. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website available at skillentra.pro ("Site"), provided by SkillEntra AG, located at Bahnhofstrasse 1, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland. 2. Services

2.1 Description

SkillEntra offers upskilling courses for professionals ("Courses"). Course details, schedules, and fees are listed on the Site. Enrollment is confirmed upon full payment.

2.2 Rescheduling

Participants may request to reschedule a Course up to 7 days prior to its start date, subject to availability. Approved changes incur no extra fee. Requests made fewer than 7 days before the start date may be subject to an administrative charge.

2.3 Cancellation and Refund

If you cancel your Course at least 14 calendar days before its scheduled start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date, or after the Course has begun, are not eligible for a refund due to resource commitments and planning. Refunds are processed to the original payment channel within 14 days after approval of your cancellation request.

3. Digital Content

Digital Content includes e-books, recorded tutorials, and downloadable resources ("Digital Products"). Access is granted once full payment is received. Due to the nature of Digital Products, all sales are final and no refunds are provided after delivery of access links or credentials. 4. Physical Goods

Physical goods ("Goods") purchased through the Site may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. To arrange a refund, contact us prior to shipping. You are responsible for shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Once an item is received and inspected, a refund of the paid fee will be issued to the original payment channel within 14 days of inspection.

5. General Provisions

All fees are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed in full before access to Courses, Digital Products, or shipment of Goods. SkillEntra reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on skillentra.pro. Continued use of the Site after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Liability

SkillEntra is not liable for any service interruptions or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. In no event will SkillEntra's liability exceed the fee paid for the relevant service.
